REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience with Elixir and OTP, with applications deployed in production environments.
• Interest in building highly available, resilient, and scalable systems.
• Strong craftsmanship with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and comprehensive testing.
• Knowledge of caching strategies, message queues, and service-oriented architectures.
• Understanding of infrastructure setup and Linux server management.
• Experience with deployment tooling, monitoring, alerting, data visualization, load testing, and live system debugging.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in English, as IRIS operates globally.

BONUS SKILLS:

• Experience with LiveView and Terraform.
• 6+ years of production experience with Elixir and OTP.
