Role Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced PHP Backend Developer with a strong background in building and optimizing backend services. The role requires hands-on expertise in PHP frameworks, API development, and database management, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support business applications. Optimize systems for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to meet evolving needs. Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices. Participate in technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and provide guidance on backend best practices. Support business objectives by ensuring backend solutions are secure, stable, and aligned with client requirements. Prepare technical documentation and maintain version control for efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing. Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in PHP backend development. Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, or similar). Solid experience in RESTful API design and development. Hands-on expertise with MySQL or other relational databases. Strong understanding of version control systems (Git). Ability to work independently and proactively within an office environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
