Description
Tagaddod is looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our innovative Software Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality server-side components for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are robust, scalable, and perform seamlessly for our users. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to create seamless integrations between client and server-side components Participate in architecture and design discussions to develop scalable and maintainable systems Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and scalability of applications Write clear and concise documentation for developed features and APIs Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 4-6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git Good communication and teamwork skills
