• The Backend Developer will support and maintain legacy .NET and SQL-based applications critical to front-office operations.
• Collaborate with a small, focused team to deliver a large-scale transformation project.
• Assist in rebuilding and replacing front-office systems with modern architecture.
• Address and resolve daily internal requests while contributing to the broader project roadmap.
• Work across two distinct ecosystems, balancing BAU and forward-looking platform development.
