We Are Looking for a Hands-On Tech Lead A highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on front-end development and creating polished, intuitive user interfaces. In this role, you will lead complex development tasks and take part in impactful technological initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites and CMS platforms, collaborating with multiple development teams, and driving large-scale projects from concept to execution — all while ensuring exceptional code quality, high performance, and a seamless user experience. Requirements Mandatory Requirements Proven experience in technological leadership of development teams – must Experience in developing responsive websites with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript – minimum 3 years Experience developing accessible websites according to international AA accessibility standards – minimum 2 years Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL – minimum 3 years Knowledge and experience in writing and consuming RESTful services – minimum 2 years Experience with version control tools such as TFS and Git – minimum 2 years
