Job Description As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) squad, you will play a key role in our “AI Momentum” strategy, integrating cutting-edge AI tools with our IAM landscape to enhance security and authorization controls. This includes building MCP Gateway integrations with SSO platforms and driving projects related to employee identity access management. You will also contribute to making AI Agents first-class citizens within our IAM environment and help upskill IT teams in AI fluency through knowledge-sharing sessions. What You’ll Do: Collaborate closely with engineers, product designers, and product owners to evolve our Identity Management landscape towards an AI-first approach, keeping security as the guiding principle. Identify potential risks introduced by AI-enabled third-party tools integrated into our collaborative tooling suite and develop solutions to mitigate these risks. Take operational responsibility for the components you develop, ensuring reliability and maintainability. Qualifications Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing code for agentic systems, MCP servers, and modern AI tools. Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging, and optimizing code for identity authentication and authorization integrations using standard protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. Skilled in Java and Go (preferred). Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where learning, experimentation, and iteration are encouraged. Additional Information Start date: ASAP Mode of Work: Flexible remote-first setup with a distributed team across Europe and the US. Location: UK or Sweden based.
