Assignment Description: We are looking for a passionate (Backend Engineer | AI Engineer | AI Agent Developer) to join the IT studio, the team responsible for advancing the digital workplace experience. As an engineer supporting the "AI Momentum" strategy within the Identity and Access Management squad, you will be instrumental in integrating the latest AI tools with our IAM landscape, to enhance security and authorization controls. This involves building an MCP Gateway integration with our SSO platforms, along other projects related with employee identity access management. You will also contribute to the adoption of AI Agents as first-class citizens for our IAM environment. You will assist in upskilling IT teams in AI fluency, fostering a culture of competency and shared language through knowledge sharing sessions. What you’ll do -Proactively collaborate closely with engineers, product designers, and product owners to build solutions that drive the evolution of client's Identity Management landscape towards an AI-first company keeping security as our guiding light. -Proactively identify potential risks introduced by third party tools that are AI-enabled and integrated into client's collaborative tooling suite and build solutions to minimize this impact. -Take operational responsibility for the components that you develop. Who you are -Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging and optimizing code of agentic systems/workflows, MCP servers and latest AI-tools. -Experienced in designing, building, testing, debugging and optimizing code of identity authentication and authorization integrations, using standard protocols included, but not limited to, SAML, OIDC, Oauth 2.0. -Coding languages you have experience on ideally are Java and Go. -Love working on a team where you constantly learn, experiment, and iterate quickly
