The job in short As Engineer you develop software, creating clean and maintainable code which helps with building an expanding product. Your tailor-made code seamlessly integrates our products with customers’ systems. You ensure our solutions are tested, accessible, extensible, maintainable, secure and perform well. You get the opportunity to provide guidance to more junior Software Engineers, and you are encouraged to introduce your own ideas and challenge others. Meet the job You seamlessly integrate the Backbase platform into our customers’ systems, while focusing on the back-end part of the implementation. You provide solid technical solutions to complex issues whilst helping us deliver the best customer experience and reinforce company reputation. Your core responsibility is to respond to reported issues as vigorously as possible and solve complex problems. You use your understanding of programming languages and tools to analyse current codes and industry developments, formulate efficient processes, solve problems and create a seamless experience for millions of users across the globe. You coach a team of developers on the client and partner side and provide training to those who work with the platform. You are a part of the project team and thrive working with colleagues from multiple cultures. How about you? ● Min 2 years of experience in a similar role; ● Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar/related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; ● Excellent English speaking, writing and presentation skills.
