As part of a tight-knit team of engineers from Serbia, Switzerland, and France, you’ll contribute to shaping our marketplace by designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions that continuously improve how people explore, buy, and sell second-hand items. 🛠️Our Tech Stack 💻 Backend: micro-services in Java and Go ☁ Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Google Cloud, Solr, PostgreSQL, BigTable, Redis. 📡 Event-Driven Architecture: Kafka, Apache Beam What You’ll Do 🔹Architect, build, and optimize high-performance APIs and backend services primarily in Java 🔹Own and enhance system resilience, scalability, and robustness 🔹Code, ship, and iterate —producing clean, maintainable, well-documented code 🔹Work closely with web and mobile engineers, as well as product managers, to craft seamless user experiences 🔹 Mentor & grow —help level up fellow engineers and contribute to our strong engineering culture Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.
