Job Description As a Server Engineer focusing on the AI-Driven Enterprise Platform, you will play a critical role in developing and sustaining a robust, high-scale backend for Wix Enterprise and Strategic Partnerships. This role demands deep technical expertise in building complex, performant server systems and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, particularly AI (LLMs/NLP), to create innovative, product-driving features. You will be hands-on in developing core services, guiding product architecture, and ensuring platform stability. Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of experience in backend development; 6+ years is highly desirable for the full scope of responsibilities. Backend Expertise: Proven expertise in building and sustaining powerful, high-scale backend platforms and handling high-volume traffic. AI/LLM Experience (Highly Valued): Experience in developing AI-driven products and working with LLMs and NLP technologies. System Optimization: Strong track record in system performance optimization, critical thinking, and advanced problem-solving. Mindset: A passionate, eager-to-learn individual with a startup mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and committed to achieving business goals. Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
