DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (THE MORE THE BETTER)

• Experience in fast-paced FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Expertise in designing APIs as modular building blocks for future products.
• Experience building workflow execution apps with technologies such as Temporal, Step Functions, others.
• Experience with modern User and API authentication and authorisation implementation
• Working experience with Kubernetes

THE ROLE

• Develop and improve ezyCollect features, ensuring code is secure, well-tested, and high-performing.

• Take initiative in managing tasks, anticipating issues, and communicating effectively.
• Proactively propose solutions with clear analyses of their pros and cons.
• Identify areas of technical debt, propose solutions, and lead their implementation.
• Maintain and improve team standards for code style, maintainability, and best practices, including through code reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to deploy features and improvements efficiently.Promote accountability and ownership within the team while building trust.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years of experience in software development or equivalent.
• 2+ years in backend development for multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS software.
• Proficiency in:
• Java, Spring, or Spring Boot
• Decoupled and event-driven architectures
• Secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native solutions
• Microservices
• AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS)
• Strong communication skills.
