Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ankr’s Staking team is looking for a mid-level (or stronger) backend engineer to keep our liquid-staking
services rock-solid and help launch new DeFi products—CDPs, lending/borrowing markets, money
markets, and more. Most on-chain logic is in Solidity, while the backend glue is written in Go—so depth
in Go is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and extend Go micro-services that power our liquid-staking protocols and upcoming

DeFi applications.

  • Support and incrementally improve Solidity contracts (minimum 1 year of hands-on Solidity).
  • Integrate non-EVM chains—Cosmos SDK, Solana, Sui, or similar—to broaden staking

coverage.

  • Instrument services with Grafana/Prometheus dashboards and act on real-time operational

data.

  • Rapidly evaluate new blockchains or protocols, learn their nuances on your own, and drive

product development around them with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Apply secure-development practices: threat modeling, code reviews, collaboration with

auditors, and participation in post-mortems.
