EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

• 2 years of professional Python development experience
• Familiarity with: SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, Celery, LLM integrations
• Comfortable with Python typing, mypy, ruff, and code quality tooling
• Understanding of development workflows (issues, boards, Git, CI/CD basics)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Python Developer to strengthen our backend team and help us build scalable, maintainable systems that power our legal tech platform. This role is suitable for junior-level talent who can contribute effectively from day one and grow with the team. You’ll work closely with product and other engineers to ship features quickly, maintain high code quality, and integrate AI capabilities into our stack.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• Work with: SQLAlchemy, FastAPI, Celery, LLM-powered applications
• Write clean, well-typed code using mypy, ruff, and modern Python typing standards
• Collaborate via standard dev workflows: Git, issue tracking, sprint boards
• Integrate with internal and external APIs and ensure robust, scalable backend logic
