• Develop and maintain scalable, low-latency backend systems for AI/voice applications.
• Design and implement REST/gRPC APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML and voice technologies.
• Ensure system reliability through testing, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure design and optimization across cloud environments.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience designing and operating distributed backend systems.
• Knowledge of system design principles, asynchronous/event-driven architectures, and queuing systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, product-focused environment.
• Must be a Permanent Resident
• Exposure to voice or LLM-enabled systems (STT, TTS, WebRTC, Twilio, LiveKit).
• Familiarity with ML pipeline orchestration and inference workflows.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Collaboration experience with ML engineers for deployment and observability.

Benefits & Pay
Compensation for this role is up to $220,000 USD annually. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health care, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
