I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2017, when I took a role as Sales & Reporting manager in the Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Pricing domain. Responsibilities
  • Participation in the entire SW development lifecycle, offering combination of Application and DevSupport.
  • Acting as a single point of contact following ITIL principles.
  • Monitoring infrastructure capacity to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
  • Providing on-call support to swiftly address critical incidents, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Identification of the root cause of issues affecting an application by analyzing the logs; troubleshooting the different application layers to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Creating reusable components or libraries.
  • Browser testing and debugging.
  • Troubleshooting performance and optimization issues
