THE ROLE

We’re looking for a senior backend integration developer to join our growing team working on high-impact digital transformation projects. If you love working with Azure, integrating systems, building Synapse data pipelines, and creating automation that just works, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Build and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake for data warehousing and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend integration solutions using .NET Core and Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop and maintain APIs, Azure Functions, and integrations using Enterprise Service Bus and other messaging tools.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep).
• Automate operations and maintenance tasks using Azure Automation and Runbooks.
• Write efficient T-SQL stored procedures and optimize performance for database operations.
• Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, including RBAC, private endpoints, and secure data handling.
• Document integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures using DevOps Wiki or similar tools.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the development team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development, system integration, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
• Demonstrated experience in .NET Core (C#) development and working with SQL Server, EF Core, and Dapper.
• Practical exposure to Azure Functions, APIs, Enterprise Service Bus, and automation tools like Runbooks.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and implementing infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep).
• Familiarity with RBAC, Azure Networking, and secure design practices for cloud-based integrations
