• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and workflow automation tools
• Experience integrating CRM platforms like Dynamics, Salesforce, or Logics
• Bonus: Familiarity with Cake or tax filing APIs (e.g., Lacerte)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Backend Integration Engineer at TRA, you’ll be the vital connector between our AI systems and key external platforms—think Lacerte, Dynamics/Logics, and Cake. Your work will ensure seamless automation of lead routing, case management, and e-filing workflows. In essence, you won’t just build integrations—you’ll deliver reliability, scale, and real impact to how TRA serves clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement API connectors for lead routing, case management, and e-filing
• Automate workflows between CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Logics), Cake, Lacerte, and internal AI platforms
• Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and robust error handling mechanisms
• Optimize data synchronization performance and integration reliability
