About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable server-side code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications that drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust, scalable backend services and APIs Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments Optimize application performance and responsiveness Implement security and data protection measures Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in backend development Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Java, Go, Node.js, etc.) Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) Experience with RESTful API design and development Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
