Job purpose

Own the development, enhancement and technical support of the Chamber’s e-services portal, public website and CMS, delivering secure bilingual digital services integrated with backend APIs and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Next.js e-services, including application forms, document uploads, request tracking, payments and customer accounts.
• Develop React/Next.js website features and configure Strapi CMS.
• Develop and maintain Node.js services, middleware and REST APIs.
• Integrate digital channels with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, payment services and government APIs.
• Deliver Arabic/English interfaces, RTL layouts, responsive and accessible user journeys.
• Conduct code reviews, automated testing, defect resolution and security improvements.
• Investigate production incidents and coordinate deployments with QA and Cloud/DevOps teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of React.js and Next.js experience.
• 3+ years of Node.js and REST API experience.
• Experience with Strapi or comparable headless CMS.
• 2+ years of React Native experience.
• Strong SQL Server and Dataverse/Dynamics 365 experience.
• Knowledge of secure authentication, authorization, input validation and secrets management.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD.
• Experience delivering Arabic/English and RTL solutions.
• Strong coordination and independent ownership skills.
