Your role

You are technically responsible for the backend of our AI platform.

Your focus is on system architecture, AI integration, and long-term product quality.

Tasks

• Architecture and further development of our Python backend with a focus on AI systems.
• Design and implementation of RAG architectures for productive use cases.
• Building and maintaining AI pipelines (ingestion, retrieval, context control, inference).
• Design and orchestration of agent workflows including state and error handling.
• Evaluation of trade-offs between quality, latency, cost and scalability.
• Ensuring stability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.

qualification

Duty

• Several years of experience in backend engineering with Python .
• Very good understanding of scalable backend architectures and APIs.
• Experience with production systems. Not just prototypes.
• Ability to make and stand behind technical decisions.
