JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or a related field, with 5+ years of Java development experience .
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Dubbo, ZooKeeper, MyBatis, RabbitMQ .
• Familiar with distributed architectures , including distributed caching, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and load balancing .
• Strong analytical and design skills , capable of designing efficient technical solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience with instant messaging (IM) systems and third-party payment gateway integration is a plus.

• Responsible for requirement analysis, architecture design, and technical documentation for projects.
• Develop and optimize Spring Cloud microservices framework and Dubbo , improving system performance under high concurrency.
• Optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) to enhance query efficiency and system stability.
• Develop backend APIs and data interfaces , collaborating with frontend and mobile teams for integration and debugging.
• Guide the development team, solve key technical challenges , and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Assist with testing and system deployment , providing technical support as needed.
