We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a strong team that develops a growing product, taking it from an early stage to a market leader. If your programming skills are matched by an enthusiasm for problem-solving, and your communication skills are as creative as your coding, we are looking for you. Responsibilities Lead a team of developers working on cutting-edge web applications. End to end responsibility (research ,design, development, testing, and release and deploy) Participate in design and planning discussions, contribute architecture ideas. Collaborate with other teams, product and customer services to plan and deliver high quality products. Code ownership - conduct design and code reviews. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a team lead 6+ years of experience as a hands-on backend or full-stack developer Experience with microservices based architecture Experience with building applications using APIs and data warehouses Experience with Python/Node.js Advantages Experience with React or similar frameworks Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP etc..) Experience with Postgresql Experience with security for cloud infrastructures Math / Computer science degree or past service in a technological unit
