Job Description
As a Backend Tech Lead at Bilue, you’ll drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of robust, scalable backend systems while mentoring and guiding other engineers. The ideal candidate is highly experienced with AWS or Azure, proficient in C#, and comfortable working across complex cloud-based architectures.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and mentorship, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure backend architectures to support web and mobile applications.
• Cloud Solutions: Leverage cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure) to develop and maintain scalable infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers, mobile developers, and product teams to design and deliver API-driven solutions that enhance user experiences.
• DevOps & Automation: Improve CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline operations.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, optimising performance and security across systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and leadership to align technical solutions with business goals.
