Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the planning and execution of backfill designs, schedules, and capital projects to align with production goals.
• Supervising teams of backfill technicians, engineers, paste plant operators, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of backfill plans.
• Managing backfill infrastructure, including reticulation systems, drainage, and material supplies.
• Driving quality and continuous improvement through QA/QC checks, performance reporting, and process optimisation.
• Leading safety and compliance efforts by promoting safety standards and conducting audits, inspections, and risk reviews.
• Supporting training and development by mentoring team members
