Job Description The role of Restock associate is to maximize the value of material to be placed back into the Forward Logistics processes at Moen, while still meeting our Quality standards. This includes but is not limited to Finished Sku’s and components. BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES: Use SAP to investigate material BOM and Inventory and determine the maximum value for material entry into Forward Logistics value stream Repack/ box material based upon system information obtained in investigations Be able to Disassemble / Reassemble product utilizing tools/ fixtures Be able to perform Cosmetic inspection on all material reentering the Forward Logistic value stream Be Cosmetically certified Correctly Label all material Product Knowledge for identification of material and assembly/disassembly methods Participate in process improvements Ensure inventory accuracy of all inventory movements made by the associate Responsible for complete and accurate update of material documentation Must accurately determine and transact required material information. Must proficiently perform the required SAP transactions related to the job assignment. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete 5S duties Be flexible to work in other roles as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a high school diploma or GED No write-ups as outlined in the Job Opportunity policy No disciplinary write-ups in the last 6 months Have less than two (2) incidents under the attendance policy Must be able to pass applicable assessments Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment. Must have basic computer knowledge Must regularly lift and /or move up to 45 pounds Strong interpersonal skills - Able to effectively communicate with all personnel Ability to read and comprehend work instructions Basic Math skills – ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide Ability to work with little/limited supervision No Corrective Actions in the last 6 months Can not have less than 17 hours of unpaid time.
