OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. You will play an important role within the Group Transport Finance Team focusing on the reconciliation of our backhauls to our customers central summaries. Within this proactive role you will support the operational & financial running of the business, ensuring management accounts processes are adhered to. You will challenge current processes and ways of working, championing continuous improvement across the wider team.
As a function we bring together the day to day commercial & financial running of transport with the strategic controls to maximise the value that we bring to our customers and the wider group.
The role is based at our Sainsburys distribution centre in Leeds. After initial training the role will be hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
