Description Summary In this role, Backlog Data Analyst is responsible for management of the Backlog, which includes: Managing the Sales Orders Connection industry & Customer market intelligence with Customer contracts to have accurate backlog value Metrics: Backlog aging, Backlog value & Trends, backlog total vs scheduled, budget validation, revenue Audits (not policing), gives us the data to manage liability in planning, purchasing, operations Make sure sales orders align with quotes Terminations, Returns, Changes While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time Other duties may be assigned as needed Backlog = Foundation & Guide to everything we do, allows ability to plan correctly & Move from discrete planning to forecast planning, Financial inventory, Gross Margins Accountabilities Communicate market information collaboratively with Internal Stakeholders Performance Measurement & Performance Evaluation Accurate data management of backlog Requirements Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistical analysis desired.
