Description Responsibilities and Duties Loading and unloading of the truck. Unpacking furniture and accessories Loading of furniture and accessories in customer vehicles. Assembly of furniture. Moving and placement of furniture on the showroom floor. Wrapping sold items Patching and painting showroom walls Assisting with inventory control and processes. Develop knowledge of Scan Design products Keeping the warehouse and showroom organized and clean. Accountable for commitment to Scan Design safety procedures and guidelines. Professional and friendly communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently and with a team. Permanent or temporary duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Recent and relevant experience. Preferably 2 years in warehouse/loading environment. Must have basic computer skills. Must be responsible, organized, dependable, and able to perform general backroom duties. Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures. Previous furniture assembly experience a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent. Flexible work schedule set by store manager.
