JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager Back up Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct education and support to Case Managers, as well as carry a small caseload. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for case management, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
The Case Manager Supervisor will meet all the requirements of an ADvantage Case Manager, as well as have at least 1 year experience as an ADvantage Case Manager, plus -
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
