PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Demonstrated practical expertise in backup solutions
  • Communicate effectively in any form or medium
  • Manage dynamic and competitive priorities
  • Organize complex technical tasks for multiple clients at once
  • Knowledge of System Administration with server operating systems
  • Experience with service delivery in a managed services practice organization
  • Server, database, network, storage, and/or security support skills
  • Practical application of InfoSec principles

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Three-to-Five years of backup and disaster recovery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field; or an equivalent work history
  • Cohesity and/or Veeam experience highly desired
  • Industry certifications in Microsoft, Cohesity, and VMware desired
  • Experience in large-scale service delivery
