* This position helps prepare the way for the work of salvation and exaltation by fostering an environment of reverence and respect and helps customers to make informed product decisions. * Works autonomously in managing all store functions of a small to medium store. The primary duty of the role is to supervise a total staff equivalency of at least 3 FTE comprised of store clerks, clerical employees, volunteers. Supervision includes responsibility for hiring, firing, CAP, and employee training, in consultation with Area management and HR. * Secondary duties could include a variety MMD Support Services duties of equal or lesser complexity. * The incumbent of this role must be endowed and hold a current recommend.
