THE ROLE:

We’re seeking empathetic, skilled Wellbeing Counsellors to join a dynamic and fast-paced team. Working within a call-centre environment, you’ll provide immediate, solution-focused support through single-session interventions. You’ll handle a broad range of issues, including high-risk situations involving suicidal ideation and self-harm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver one-off, solution-focused interventions via telephone
• Manage high-risk calls with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain accurate, timely records of interventions and risk assessments
• Contribute to a collaborative and responsive team culture
