Key Responsibilities: * Conduct day-to-day badging and credentialing operations for employees, contractors, and authorized personnel * Process new badge requests and ensure all required documentation is completed and verified * Issue, renew, and deactivate identification badges in accordance with established procedures * Ensure compliance with federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable laws * Maintain accurate records of badge issuance, access levels, and credentialing actions * Verify eligibility and authorization for individuals requiring facility or system access * Coordinate with internal teams and security personnel to support access control requirements * Assist with audits and reviews of badging and credentialing processes * Provide guidance to employees and managers on badging procedures and requirements Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * 1 year (minimum) experience in data entry * 1 year (minimum) badging experience * Able to work with a team * Customer service skills * Strong keyboarding skills * Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric * Proficient in Microsoft office applications * Motivated self-starter EEO Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer.
