With panoramic views of the D.C. skyline and a legacy of hospitality spanning more than a century, WGCC offers an extraordinary member and guest experience- and we're looking for Seasonal Bag Room Attendants to help make the 2026 season one of our best! The Seasonal Bag Room Attendant is responsible for taking care of members' and guests' clubs before and after play, as well as taking care of the carts and the range. Resonsibilities: Meet members and guests in a friendly, helpful manner Carry members’ and guests’ clubs as needed – to and from car or cart and to and from bag storage Clean clubs and carts Pick up and clean range balls Pull and secure the flags nightly Keep the First Tee area neat and clean Keep the bag room and cart barns neat and clean Keep the range neat and clean Vacuum and dust the shop Fill divot dressing bottles Wash, dry and fold towels Maintain bag tags and shaft labels on members’ clubs Maintain inventory of club service uniforms and name tags Other duties as assigned Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older Must have valid driver’s license Desire to work in a service oriented environment Demonstrated organization and coordination skills and ability to meet deadlines and multi-task Ability to maintain quality and safety standards Ability to speak, read, write and understand English and communicate with a wide variety of constituents Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to sit, stand, walk, drive, squat, reach, bend, stoop, twist, climb, clean and lift up to 50 poundswith frequent repetitive motions Must be able to handle continuous standing and walking and walking on uneven ground Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and exterior conditions Must be able to handle moderate to loud noise in the work environment Must be able to handle high, precarious places and exposure to dust, fumes or gases Must be able to work in close proximity to moving machinery Independent mobility
