Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers.
• Take Bake off shift (4am)
• Prepare and cook food and pastry items.
• Ensures consistent and enthusiastic about baked good and other food products.
• Work with team member and contribute to seasonal product creations. (commission earning)
• Properly work within the set time and baking schedule to ensure the on-time delivery of the products to the customers.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• As solo/team working on new seasonal / event items.
• Following set sanitation standards and maintain a clean working area.
• Opening or closing duties include but not limited to opening bake off routine, closing procedure, checking and maintain ingredients bin and stock in kitchen area, work area and equipment sanitation.
