POSITION DESCRIPTION

COWS is looking for a Baked Cheese Production Assistant to supplement our Moo Crisp Production Team through assisting our Production Manager.

OTHER SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• 1-2 years experience in food production
• Self-motivated
• Attention to detail
• Good planning/scheduling of time

• Ensure timely completion of baked good
• Observe product as it bakes to ensure product is cooking as it should
• Inspecting baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements
• Pay attention to oven settings
• Prepare raw goods for baking
• Assist with packaging product
• Planning and organizational skills to be able to run and monitor production process
• Ability to act decisively and solve product or equipment related problems
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist with various projects as needed while working in a team environment
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Other duties as needed
