This is a full time position that suits someone with experience working in a fast paced environment in the early morning hours. The shifts will start as early as 3am.

• Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.

Responsibilities:
The baker’s primary responsibilities include baking, merchandising and packaging goods such as artisan breads, bagels, croissants, cookies and other pastries. This will include loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, and mixers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. They will also assist the bakery clerks and provide world-class service to our guests as needed.
Qualifications:

You should meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess basic math skills
• Must have intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
• Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
• Excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude is essential!
