Job Purpose Manufactures various cake products in accordance with designated specifications; performs various job tasks of a repetitive nature in accordance with product type and production requirements; conforms to Good Manufacturing and Safety practices as outlined by company policy. Essential Functions * Responsibility to work and act safely in accordance with all policies * Responsibility to report safety hazards to people or product and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices * Maintains regular throughput of product to the production line * Follows Good Manufacturing Practices by adhering to company policy and keeping work areas and equipment neat and clean on an ongoing basis  * Understands product specification and makes routine checks to verify equipment performance; adjusts equipment as needed.  * Monitors equipment performance and reports damaged or faulty equipment to supervisor  * Operates batter depositors and various continuous mixing systems  * Operates automatic oven loading equipment; loads and unloads oven manually as required  * Inspects pans for cleanliness and notifies supervisor when deficiencies are observed  * Palletizes pans as directed o Monitors proper operation of pan greasing unit by maintaining proper grease levels  * Inspects pans for proper grease coverage * Ensure products meet the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code by reporting to a leader, supervisor, or manager any instances or conditions that would negatively affect the products quality, food safety, or regulatory requirements.  * Back up for this position is other Bakers, Sr. Bakers and Baking Lead * Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications (Education/Experience) * 18 years of age or older * High School diploma or equivalent * Basic Math skills * Must be able to read and write English * Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanner gun * Demonstrates manual dexterity * Ability to perform repetitive motions on a regular basis * Ability to work in a fast paced environment using both hands, frequent bending/stooping with occasional walking and lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. * Ability to work over 40 hours per week & 8 hours per day - ability to work overtime is required * Must be able to stand for a full shift * Must be able to work in a hot environment * Must be able to tolerate potential allergens : peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish Expectations (Exhibit and Promote Company's Core Values) * People: We engage, empower, and appreciate our people- they are our finest ingredient * Safety: We invest in systems, policies, and training that ensure safety * Customer Partnerships: We make decisions with the customer experience in mind and ensure win/win outcomes * Collaboration: We leverage each other's unique experiences to drive the best outcomes for our expanding company * Communication: We inform and listen to our team members, customers, suppliers, and investors * Results: We prioritize activities that drive profitable growth, and we celebrate our achievement
