Mrs Salisbury’s Famous Tea Rooms is a very busy, family run and independent tea room/café based in Maldon. We offer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and the occasional pop up event.

FULL DESCRIPTION

We’ve got an exciting position for a Baker & Afternoon Tea chef to be a crucial team member in our busy restaurant based in Maldon. Featuring mainly daytime hours, you will be working alongside the team to bake scone & cakes as well as assembling our famous afternoon tea.
We get very busy (especially when our bookings all sit down in the afternoon) so naturally we’re looking for a candidate who isn’t too flustered in a busy kitchen and can crack on and deliver great quality food.
The hourly rate would be £26,500 / annum. Of course you’ll be a part of our tip scheme (known as tronc) which is shared equally between all staff. This is currently averaging between £2-£2.80 per hour. You would also have the opportunity to claim open shifts too should you want some more hours.
