• Mix, proof, shape, and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Follow in-house recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency
• Prepare ingredients, weigh, and portion accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with food safety standards
• Assist with light finishing or decoration as required
• Support overall bakery operations and team workflow
