QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role in a bakery or pastry shop essential.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Creativity and passion for baking sweet treats.
• Ability to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of sweet products including cakes, cookies, and specialty desserts.
• Follow recipes and create new ones to meet customer demands and seasonal trends.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all baked goods.
• Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products are always available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and accommodating special requests.
