JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker’s Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our baked goods and food products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a focus on baking.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, particularly in baking or pastry roles.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in packaging finished products for retail sale is a plus.
• Customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with clients effectively.

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes.
