Beth Browning’s Bakery is a family run bakery operating 3 shops across East and North Ayrshire and one bakery in Kilwinning. We pride ourselves in producing a great selection of freshly baked products every day and providing our shop and wholesale customers with friendly and efficient service.
We are looking to employ a baker assistant who is looking to expand their skills and experience working in an established bakery.
The role will involve learning the trade, learning how to bake rolls, learning the hot plate, packing our products for wholesale, confectionery work and more. It’s really learning a little bit of everything!
The shift pattern will be a minimum of 32 hours per week 5 days a week.
11pm- 6am weeknights and Sunday nights. Always guaranteed a Saturday night off along with one other weeknight.

Essential skills required for this role are;

• You don’t require any essential skills as we will help and guide you. It’s a bonus if you have any past experience working in bakeries or hospitality.

Rate of pay will depend on any past experience and will be discussed during interviews. Pay will get reviewed the longer you stay with us and with the growing of your skill.
