OJOB SUMMARY – ASSISTANT BAKER

Pop’s Donuts is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Baker to join our team and work alongside our experienced lead bakers. In this role, you will assist in preparing and producing our fresh, high-quality donuts and baked goods each day. You will help with measuring, mixing, frying, glazing, decorating, and ensuring our bakery maintains the highest standards of taste, presentation, and cleanliness.
The Assistant Baker will follow recipes and instructions from the lead bakers, learn proper baking techniques, and help maintain an efficient and organized kitchen. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work early mornings in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous bakery or food service experience preferred but not required—training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
