Job Details Job Location: Guild, TN 37340 Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Position Overview Riverdance is seeking a Baker to join our culinary team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts that complement our menu and reflect the Riverdance standard of excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and desserts according to restaurant recipes and standards Monitor ingredient inventory, place supply orders, and minimize waste Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and taste standards before service Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Assist with special events, catering, and holiday menus as needed Prep at times if needed Qualifications Proven experience as a baker, pastry cook, or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Creativity and passion for developing new baked goods Excellent time management and organizational skills Attention to details!
