The Rose is currently seeking a creative, focused and efficient individual to join our team. Applicant must have 1-2 years of professional bakery experience. As the Baker, you will be working closely with the Pastry Chef to create rotating seasonal pastries.. • High standards
• A positive attitude - our cafe/bakery has an open-view kitchen so politeness, professionalism, and the ability to work well with others is a must
• The ability to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to accept and apply feedback
• Food Handler’s Permit

The bakery is a program built into a restaurant/cafe, we provide high quality pastries, baked daily. There are staple recipes, however, the position allows for freedom and flexibility in creating your own recipes and signatures within the style and brand of The Rose. A part of that brand is providing a variety of options that include vegan and gluten-free. Being comfortable with this is desired.
