REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to work early mornings and stand for long periods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
• Culinary or baking certification is a plus.

• Prepare and bake breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring proper consistency and taste.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Decorate and finish baked products to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the desired results.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal bakery offerings.
• Track inventory, manage ingredients, and minimize food waste.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
