What we look for:

• Passion to work in a commercial bakery
• Enjoy working in a team environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial baking or keen interest in baking

Your Role:

• Produce and bake sheets and other daily items including fillings using commercial bakery equipment (large mixer, proofer, industrial oven)
• Hand make leveling, adding filling and shaping cakes or roll cakes to our signature designs
• Stocking, receiving, inventory check, and cleaning
• Ensuring all cakes are completed on time and in stock at all times
• Working collaboratively with BOH team members
• Following and enforcing hygiene and safety standards set by the public health department and bakery
• Following FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness
• Able to work in a team, understand the importance of team effort
• Lift heavy loads 25lbs+
• Work afternoon and/or evening shifts, holidays, and weekends
