We’re looking for a passionate and creative Baker to join the team at our Boxcar Hyde Park bakery. This is an exciting opportunity whether you’re developing your skills or already have experience in a bakery. We’re looking for people who can support with core baking tasks such as cake production and prep, as well as more experienced bakers confident in bread, sourdough, and viennoiserie, including double lamination. You’ll be part of a bakery with real ambition, a place where quality, creativity, and growth are at the heart of everything we do, working closely with the Exec Chef and Head Group Baker. The Role As a Baker at Boxcar Hyde Park, you'll be part of a passionate team producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods from our bakery beside Hyde Park. Working with carefully sourced ingredients and a strong focus on craft, you'll play an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and attention to detail that Boxcar is known for. While primarily based at Hyde Park, you'll also be connected to the wider Boxcar bakery operation, collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure consistency in products, processes, and standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being at the bench, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a busy bakery environment.
