SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Baker/Cake Decorator or Bakery Assistant to join our team at Cupcake Charlie’s. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and delicious cupcakes and cake designs that enhance our customers’ experiences. Your artistry will play a key role in bringing joy to our customers through our delectable offerings, and exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in baking and cake decorating or pastry arts is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on baking and decorating techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in design.
• Customer Service, along with front of the house experience is preferred

• Bake and Decorate cupcakes with creativity and attention to detail.
• Bake and Decorate custom cakes, per customer requests
• Customer Service
• Supporting the Manager and other Team Members to operate the shop efficiently
• Prepare various batters, frosting and filling options to meet customer preferences.
• Bake a variety of other delicious baked goods
• Collaborate with the baking team to ensure timely production of bake goods and decorated items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Adhere to food safety standards during all preparation processes.
• Assist in preparing seasonal or special event cupcakes & cake designs as needed.
